WARRANTY/REPAIR

Please provide the following information on the item that is malfunctioning, and we will advise how to proceed.  For items not under warranty, we will provide a repair estimate before proceeding with any repairs.

Once we receive your message, we will create a service ticket number and email you a tracking number while we attempt to resolve your service request in a timely manor.  Please ensure your email address is correct in this form as the correspondense will be sent through that email.
