Station One Double Picket Fence Leg Holder

The preparation of limbs and a patient's body for surgery is a big process. The skin must be cleaned and prepared so that no contaminants can enter the sterile field and risk infection.  The double picket fence leg holder from Station One is designed to help with this step.  Legs tend to be quite heavy, especially when a patient is under general anesthesia, or is a larger patient. There are many ways staff support these heavy limbs, and at times, it can be ergonomically unsound.

The double picket fence leg holder, also known as the garden gate leg holder, can be adjusted in height with clamps that attach to the side rails of the OR Table.  It is designed to prep 2 legs for surgery at once.  The upper portion is constructed of stainless steel and coated with a rubber-type covering for preservation and patient comfort.  The 1/4″ x 1″ side supports are constructed of aluminum and fit in any clamp that accepts a flat-blade accessory. The stand adjusts in height with the side rail clamps from 4″ to 30″. Attaches with Two (2) Stainless Steel Side Rail Sockets (Available Separately)
