Bought 4 of these chairs for our NICU. The parents and staff are extremely happy with them. The are comfortable, perfect size, and work for exactly what we need for our NICU families.
The customer service was also fantastic! Roy drove 4.5 hours to come to our hospital to show us the chair and support our staff for the trial of the chair. He was friendly and easy to work with. Overall great experience!

Great recliner!! No need for a big bed in our IV room anymore. This chair is much more comfortable and handy in case of Vago reactions. Easier for the elderly to use and looks great. The only problem is, the staff are taking naps in it now...

Stat was very easy to work with and accommodating. Also very patient with my waffling :(. The recliners are better than expected and beautiful. The colour was brighter than expected but hospitals can be so dull so I am grateful for the pleasant surprise. I will be getting more of these as our programmes expand!
