Terms & Conditions


1.   OUR ESTABLISHED CREDIT CUSTOMERS RECEIVE 30 DAYS TO PAY THE TOTAL OF THE INVOICE WITH 1.5%INTEREST PER MONTH CHARGED ON ACCOUNTS OVER 30 DAYS. NON ESTABLISHED CREDIT CUSTOMERS CAN APPLY FOR A CREDIT APPLICATION, PRE-PAY OR OPT TO PAY FOR THEIR GOODS C.O.D.  (C.O.D. FEES MAY APPLY)

2.   ALL SERVICE PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

3.   ALL COLOR CODED ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS CLAUSE.

4.   ALL RETURNS OF PRODUCT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. ALL RETURNS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE RECEIVED. TO RECEIVE A FULL CREDIT YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE ACCOMPANYING MANUALS AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR RECEIVING DEPARTMENT BEFORE A CREDIT IS ISSUED. IN THE CASE OF A RETURN, PLEASE CALL STAT MEDICAL FOR A RGA NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM. CLEARANCE AND DEMO ITEMS ARE NONRETURNABLE.

5.   FREIGHT DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. PLEASE REPORT ANY FREIGHT DAMAGES DIRECTLY TO STAT MEDICAL AT 1866-783-4076.

6.   ANY ORDER CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SHIPPING DATE. ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION CHARGE.  CUSTOM ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS AND COLOR CODED ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER SIGN OFF OF THE "CUSTOM ORDER FORM".

7.   WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL BE ASSISTED TO YOU BY STAT MEDICAL BUT ARE NOT NECESSARILY HONORED BY STAT MEDICAL. IN THE CASE OF A WARRANTY CLAIM PLEASE CALL STAT MEDICAL AND WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN GETTING MANUFACTURER SERVICE FOR YOUR PRODUCT. IF YOUR PRODUCT IS LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT, STAT MEDICAL WILL HONOR THE CLAIM.

8.   ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS MUST BE SIGNED FOR YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ACCURACY. IT IS THE PURCHASERS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE ORDER IS CORRECT AND TO SIGN IT AND SEND IT BACK TO STAT MEDICAL. THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE WE RECEIVE THE SIGNED PAPER WORK.

 

 

Trial & Evaluations

 9.   If you are evaluating a product from Stat Medical, you will be responsible to keep the original packaging and all accompanying manuals and accessories.  When the evaluation is completed and you WISH to return the item, you will call Stat Medical for an RGA# and package the product up with all manuals and accessories in the original PACKAGING materials  and prepay the shipping back to Stat Medical.  Stat Medical reserves the right to charge for missing items, damage due to neglect , return shipping damage or improper care.
