Custom/Special order & Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items purchased from Stat Medical can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the invoice date.
Returned/Exchanged items must be in original condition and in the original packaging except when approved for failure analysis/warranty evaluation by Stat Medical Inc.
All returned items require a Return Authorization # (RA#) provided by Stat Medical Inc before the item is returned. The RA# will be issued once this form is received. Please note, your ticket number is not an RA# and packages without an RA# may be refused in receiving.
The Customer is responsible for the return freight charges.
