We are excited to announce our new online experience, designed to make it easier for you to find and get quotes on the products you need. The new quote system offers ease of use through the use of product filters while offering a modern and clean user experience.
Navigating the Website
Our New webpage header ensures that any page you need is not more than two or three clicks away, so that you do not have to waste time finding what you need. Under the support tab, you will find links for our standard and premium vinyl and finishes, links for our clearance list, catalogue download, product care guide, terms and conditions, and a signup form for our email list.
If at any time you need help finding anything, or you would just like to speak to a salesperson, you can click the icon in the bottom corner to start a live chat, call our toll-free phone number, or go to the contact tab at the top of the page to reach us through email.
Using The New Quote Cart System
With the new Quote Cart system, you can request a quote for a product straight from our website using the following steps.
1. Navigate to the product
Find the product you need by clicking products in the top menu, then you can either use the search box, or you can use the filters on the left side of the screen to choose a product type under any of the three main categories: Healthcare furniture, stainless steel equipment, and medical and surgical equipment. You can then browse the products that fall within the category you have chosen.
2. Customize the product
Some products have additional options and accessories that can be selected. (example: different sizes, widths, configurations, capacity, or accessories.) Choose the configurations and options that you would like a quote on and click "Add To Quote". Options with round buttons only allow one choice per category (e.g. seat width), whereas options with square buttons allow multiple choices (eg. Accessories).
3. Select Quantity and Add to Quote
Once you have customized the product to your preferences, you can select a quantity by typing it into the text box next to the add to quote button. Once you have done this, you can click add to quote, and a popup will appear to tell you that the item has been added to your quote. You can then continue browsing the website and adding products to your quote request as you go.
4. View and submit your Quote
Once you have finished with your quote, you can view it by pressing the "View my Quote" Button in the top right corner of your screen. Once you are in the quote, you can adjust quantities, remove products or view the product pages again. The page will ask for your name and information, and then you can submit your quote, choosing whether you would like a copy sent to your email or not.
Once you have submitted the request, our team will prepare the quote and send it to you by email as quickly as possible.
